Hyatt Place Dewey Beach is at 1301 Coastal Highway, Dewey Beach, Delaware 19971, beside Rehoboth Bay. The ocean beach is one block away; downtown Rehoboth and its boardwalk are about two miles away.

The indoor pool is available to hotel guests. The outdoor rooftop pool is reserved for condo guests, so a standard hotel room does not include that access. Hotel rooms have sofa beds and mini-fridges; confirm the selected room’s occupancy for your party.

Hyatt’s FAQ says breakfast is complimentary with direct hotel bookings and costs $11 per person per day for third-party bookings. Check the selected rate’s meal terms before paying. The FAQ lists parking at $15 per day from May 15 through September 15 and complimentary parking the rest of the year, with one space per hotel room.
