Terms of Service

Disclaimer

WhichFamilyVacation.com provides family travel information, hotel comparisons, and live room quotes where available.

We help you compare stays and hand selected quotes to the booking provider. We are not a hotel or provider of professional travel or financial advice. Always verify details with the property or booking platform and decide what fits your family.

Nuitée Checkout

On eligible hotel pages, WFV lets you search your dates and exact family party, review room quotes, and continue to WFV-branded Nuitée checkout without a WFV account. Nuitée collects guest and payment details, handles payment and reservation confirmation, and manages cancellations and booking support.

A reservation is confirmed only when the booking provider confirms it. Opening checkout or completing payment alone is not a hotel confirmation. Review the final rates, room and meal details, cancellation charges, refund terms, and provider policies on checkout before paying. WFV may earn a commission on eligible bookings.

Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate, current information. However, pricing, availability, amenities, and policies change frequently. Always confirm rates, room types, and cancellation terms with the property or OTA before booking.

Limitation of Liability

WhichFamilyVacation.com is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content, including booking decisions, trip outcomes, or third-party transactions.

Third-Party Content

This site contains links to third-party websites (hotels, resorts, vacation rental platforms, and online travel agencies). We're not responsible for their accuracy, content, pricing, or booking terms.
