Watch out: Rocks around the pools are slippery and some jump spots aren't appropriate for younger or non-swimming kids — this leans toward the 8-and-up crowd. It's off the main road; go with a tour rather than trying to find it independently.
3Mystic Mountain

Sitting right in Ocho Rios (no long drive required here, unlike from Montego Bay), it combines a rainforest chairlift, bobsled cart runs modeled on Jamaica's Olympic bobsled team, and multiple zipline circuits on one property. It's the biggest adrenaline day this coast offers.
Watch out: It's also a major cruise-excursion stop, so expect lines at the bobsled and zipline queues on heavy port days. Zipline and bobsled both have age/weight minimums — check before promising a ride to younger kids.
4Prospect Plantation Tractor Tour

A tractor or jitney ride through a working Prospect estate — banana, sugar cane, cocoa, and fruit tasting with a guide who actually works the land. It's the cultural half-day that doesn't involve climbing a waterfall or booking a captive-animal swim, and younger kids stay engaged because they can pick and taste along the route.
Watch out: This is a working farm tour, not an adventure park — set expectations as a sit-and-learn ride with tasting stops. Some itineraries add a Dunn's River combo that eats the whole day; book the plantation-only slot if you already have a falls day.
