The 21-story building contains 405 units, most of which are rented by individual owners through platforms like Vacasa, Seaside Vacations, and Century 21 New Horizon — so your experience depends on the specific unit you book, but the building's shared infrastructure is the consistent draw.

The amenity package is unusually strong for a condo building. There's an indoor heated pool for year-round use and a full outdoor pool facing the ocean. The kiddie pool runs just one foot deep, which is a practical detail that parents of toddlers will immediately appreciate — it's genuinely designed for children under three rather than a gesture toward them. An on-site cinema screens movies, a game room and arcade provide indoor entertainment, and tennis and pickleball courts plus a beach volleyball area cover active options. A small cafe, pizza counter, and ice cream shop handle the inevitable between-meal snack demand without requiring you to drive anywhere.

The 24-hour security desk and on-site maintenance staff give Sea Watch a more managed feel than the typical vacation-rental experience, which contributes to the property's family-friendly reputation. The building is not new — it was completed in 1975 — and the honest assessment is that unit quality varies.
